All homes in Gemstone Village and Gemstone Village South shall be occupied only by persons 55 years of age or older, unless otherwise allowed by law or under the Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions.

All homes in Gemstone Village and Gemstone Village South are subject to Declaration of Covenants and Restrictions and subject to regulation by one or more owners’ association(s) including, but not limited to, obligations to pay regular assessments or dues and special assessments.
