At Gemstone Village South, we offer two different townhome styles, both of which are single story and have two bedrooms and two baths: the Jewel is the larger of the two at 1200 square feet and the Pearl is 1064 sq ft.

The open concept layout makes the townhome feel huge. The kitchen features New Age linoleum flooring, laminated counter tops, and the standard appliances include smooth top electric stove, dishwasher, and 18 cu. ft. top freezer refrigerator, which can be upgraded.

The Living room/dining room flows off the kitchen and features vaulted ceilings. Carpet flooring for the living room and bedrooms. The two bedrooms are well proportioned. The primary bedroom has a private bath and a huge closet. The second bathroom is large and shares a bath with the rest of the house. A 14 SEER heat pump and air conditioning is included. All townhomes come standard with a single-car carport.

Optional features include: All units will have showers in lieu of tubs, except on homes not yet built, where a tub/shower is available at no extra cost. Other options and features may be available and your Gemstone Village salesperson will discuss those with you.
